a) When Visiting the Websites and Online Shops

When you access our websites and online shops under the domains listed above, your browser automatically sends information to the server of our websites. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected automatically and stored until automated deletion:

name and URL of the retrieved file,

If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address and, if applicable, your name and other contact details) will be stored by us in order to answer your request. We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations apply.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR: processing is carried out to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

c) When Using Our Contact Form

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the websites. Providing a valid email address is required so that we know who the request comes from and can respond. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

The personal data collected via the contact form will be deleted after your request has been dealt with, provided no contractual relationship is established as a result.

VI. Fonts

Google Font API

These websites use Google Font API for the uniform display of fonts. It is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We have integrated Google Font API locally, meaning the fonts are loaded from our server. This means no connection to Google servers is established and no personal data is transmitted to Google.

VII. Facebook Chat Plugin

We use the Facebook Chat Plugin on our websites so that you can contact us quickly and easily and ask questions.

You can use the plugin either as a guest or after logging into your Facebook account.

The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. the plugin is used only after you have given your consent in our cookie settings.

Due to the plugin, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s server when you visit our website. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our website. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook may associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or are not logged in, it is possible that the provider obtains your IP address and other identifiers and uses them to create profiles.

The collected information is stored on Facebook servers, including in the USA. For these cases, the provider states that it has adopted a standard comparable to the former EU–US Privacy Shield and has committed to complying with applicable data protection laws in international data transfers.

VIII. Link to Google Maps

We have placed a link on these websites to the external Google Maps site.

By clicking the link, you will be taken to the external Google Maps website. Your personal data will then be processed by Google. We have no influence on this.

XII. Right to Object

XIII. Data Security

We use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method during website visits in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can recognize whether a page is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key/lock symbol in your browser.

We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
